Lexi is an assistant that works inside your account, on your data. It can read your profile, explain what a requirement is asking for, and — with your confirmation — make changes on your behalf.

Two rules shape everything Lexi does. It confirms with you before it changes anything you own — the one exception is Message my case team, which posts your message to your case thread straight away, marked via Lexi. And it never gives immigration advice in place of a regulated professional. Where a question needs judgment, Lexi will say so and point you to a consultation.
