Profile completeness

The profile dashboard shows required sections as a 4/4 list. When all four are filled it shows a Profile Complete chip; until then the count and the incomplete rows stay visible.

Only four sections are counted.

Job offers, family, certificates, letters of acceptance, and annual income are not part of this count. They matter for the programmes that read them, but they do not move the bar.

The three states

Each row shows one of three markers.

Marker	Means	What the row says
Green tick	Complete	A summary of the data — for example 2 jobs added, 1 credential added.
Amber warning	Review needed	Review needed — the section has data but has not been confirmed. Only ever appears on migrated accounts.
Red outline	Incomplete	What is missing — Missing required fields, No work history added, No education added, No test results added.

The bar above the rows is green when all four are complete, amber when some are, and red when none are. Below it, the panel reads either All essential sections complete or N sections still needed.

Scores and the completion gate

Your report’s scores stay locked until the profile gate clears. The gate uses a slightly narrower definition than the sidebar row: it treats personal information as present when your date of birth, citizenship country, and marital status are all recorded, then requires at least one record in each of work history, education, and language tests.

Until then Lexpoint reports the gate as profile incomplete, names the sections still missing — Personal Info, Work History, Education, Language — and links to each of them. That is also what Lexi sees, which is why it will direct you to a specific section rather than quoting a number.

The legacy review flag

Some accounts were migrated from Lexpoint’s earlier system. On those accounts, and only on those, Lexpoint tracks whether you have confirmed each of the four sections since the move.

Condition	Effect
A tracked section has not been confirmed	Its sidebar row shows the amber Review needed marker instead of a green tick.
Any tracked section is unconfirmed	Your report’s scores are masked, and the gate reports the reason as a pending legacy review rather than an incomplete profile.
All four are confirmed	The flag disappears permanently and normal completeness rules apply.

The four tracked sections are the same four above: Personal Info, Work History, Education, and Language.

Clearing it

Opening a section and saving it marks that section reviewed. On personal information and education you may also see a Review Required panel — You haven’t confirmed this section yet — with a Confirm & Complete button that does the same thing without re-editing anything.

If you have never seen an amber marker, this does not apply to your account.
