Settings overview

/app/settings

Lexpoint settings are one screen at /app/settings, plus a link to support. Two of the names are easy to misread, so start here rather than guessing: Account holds your own sign-in. Associations is family, partners, and employer connections. Access is ImmiReport sharing and case grants. Plan is your Lexpoint subscription; Payments is what you owe on cases.

The top of the page repeats who you are — your name, your email, a Free or Pro pill, and the month you joined.

Below the list, a separate card links to Help & SupportView tickets, get assistance.

Two rows carry a status badge, so you can read your standing without opening anything:

  • Account shows Verified or Unverified. This is your identity verification status.
  • Plan shows Free or Pro.

Two cards appear above the list only when they apply, and disappear once you act on them:

  • Upgrade to ProFull access to all immigration programs — shown while you are on the free plan.
  • Add your phone numberStay connected and receive important updates — shown while no phone number is saved on your account. It links straight to Account details.

On screens 1024px wide and above, a rail on the right of every settings page repeats your account at a glance. It is not editable; it is there so you never have to open a page to check a fact.

Frequently asked questions

Where do I manage how I sign in, or turn on two-step verification?

Settings → Account, on the Sign-in & security tab. Associations is who you opted in to connect with. Access is what those people and links can see.

Why does the Account row show "Unverified"?

That badge reflects your identity verification status, not whether your email works. It reads Verified once identity verification is complete.
