Provincial programs
Provincial programs sit under the Permanent Residence hub at
/app/immireport/pr, split into a Federal group and a
Provincial group. The Provincial group is every province. Lexpoint reads one profile — the same
facts as your résumé — and evaluates each program from it. There is no second file per province.
Each provincial row carries a count badge — eligible streams over streams evaluated. On the ImmiReport hub, each province’s caption also shows your score for that province once one exists, or Check eligibility when it does not.

Lexpoint shows only the streams it can assess from the facts in a profile. A stream that turns on something a profile cannot hold is left off the hub rather than shown with a verdict it cannot support.
Two federal programs, Atlantic Immigration (worker and international graduate pathways) and Family Sponsorship (spouse and common-law sponsorship), sit in the Federal group beside Express Entry.
How each hub is laid out
Section titled “How each hub is laid out”Each provincial hub lists its streams as cards, with a count of confirmed eligible streams beside each section heading. The sections follow how the province presents its streams:

On the Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Newfoundland and Labrador, and New Brunswick hubs, a stream card reads ✓ Eligible, Maybe, or Not eligible, using the same rule as the stream’s detail page. Maybe means nothing Lexpoint checked is unmet, but your profile is missing a fact it needs. See reading your report.
Where a stream has enough detail to warrant it, the stream card links to a full program page with the usual sections: how selection works, requirements, competitiveness, and next steps.
The score shown for each province
Section titled “The score shown for each province”The number in a province’s caption on the ImmiReport hub is that province’s own ranking score, not your CRS score. Which score Lexpoint shows depends on how the province publishes its scoring:

When Lexpoint has no score for a province, the caption reads Check eligibility instead of showing a zero.
Manitoba, PEI, and New Brunswick score their streams separately rather than producing one provincial number, so Lexpoint surfaces the highest of them — for Manitoba that is normally the expression-of-interest ranking, for PEI and New Brunswick the strongest single stream.
Archived streams
Section titled “Archived streams”When a province stops accepting new applications for a stream, Lexpoint does not delete it. It moves into a collapsed Archived section at the bottom of the hub, and it is excluded from the count badge on the ImmiReport hub and from the stream switcher at the top of program pages.
- OINP marks the section Not accepting new applications · kept for reference / grandfathered cases. Each archived stream keeps its detail page, so an in-flight or grandfathered application still has somewhere to read.
- BCPNP lists its discontinued Technology and Entry Level and Semi-Skilled lanes under Earlier BC PNP lanes, kept for reference.
Where the criteria come from

Frequently asked questions
Why does a province say "Check eligibility" when I am eligible for one of its streams?
Eligibility and score are separate. The count badge tallies the streams Lexpoint found you eligible for; the caption shows the provincial or EOI ranking total Lexpoint calculated, and reads Check eligibility when there is no score. A stream you clear may not be one that produces a ranking score.
Why is a stream I have heard of missing from a province's hub?
Lexpoint shows only the streams it can assess from the facts in a profile. A stream that turns on something a profile cannot hold is left off rather than shown with a verdict Lexpoint cannot support.
Where did the older OINP streams go?
They are in a collapsed "Archived" section on the OINP hub, labelled "Not accepting new applications · kept for reference / grandfathered cases". Their detail pages still open, and they are excluded from the OINP count on the ImmiReport hub. BCPNP keeps its discontinued lanes in a similar collapsed section.
Does Lexpoint cover every province?
Yes. ImmiReport evaluates a program in all ten provinces from the same profile. Territorial nominee programs are not in this list. The Atlantic Immigration Program sits with the federal rows.
