# Lexi, your AI assistant

Lexi is an assistant that works inside your account, on your data. It can read your profile, explain
what a requirement is asking for, and — with your confirmation — make changes on your behalf.

Two rules shape everything Lexi does. It never acts on something you own without confirming with you
first, and it never gives immigration advice in place of a regulated professional. Where a question
needs judgment, Lexi will say so and point you to a consultation.
