Your consultation page
Select any session on Consultations to open its page. It is the one place for that booking: when it is, who is hosting it, what you want to cover, what your profile still needs, and — after the meeting — what your consultant wrote up. Only sessions booked under your account open; any other link returns you to Consultations.
On wide screens, an On this page list on the right jumps between the sections.
The header
Section titled “The header”The top card shows the session title, the date and time, a status chip, and pills for the host (With …), the length, and a countdown such as Starts in 2d 4h. For 48 hours after you book, it also reads You’re booked. Once the session is over, the line reads This session has ended., This session was cancelled. (or the cancellation reason), or This session was marked as a no-show.
| Action | When it appears | What it does |

| Reschedule | While the session is open, if the booking allows it | Opens the scheduling tool to move the session. |

Meeting booked
Section titled “Meeting booked”When, host, and what you told us when you booked. The section lists When, Host, Length, and Status, then your notes for the meeting:
- If you answered the scheduling window’s questions, your answers are shown here.
- If you did not, a Notes box — What do you want to cover — takes up to 2,000 characters. Select Save → to keep them. You can edit them until an hour after the session starts; after that they are shown read-only. Your consultant sees them.
For a cancelled session the section reads This time is no longer reserved.; for a no-show, The session did not take place.
Prepare for meeting
Section titled “Prepare for meeting”The section opens with The consultant works from your Lexpoint profile, not the booking form. Four rows follow — Personal Info, Work History, Education, and Language — each marked On file or Needed. A Needed row links to that section of your profile. Work History, Education, and Language count as on file once each has at least one record.
When something is missing, the opening line names it — for example Education and Language are missing — without them the meeting is intake. With all four on file it reads These four are on file, so the hour can go to strategy.
What to fill in, and why, is in Prepare for your consultation.
