Billing and plan
Settings → Subscription is your Lexpoint subscription only: Free or ImmiReport Pro, charged by Lexpoint. What you owe a firm on a case is on Case fees and statements.
The page has two tabs: Subscription (it reads Subscription · Pro on Pro) and Manage. The footer links to Contact support and to Case fees & statements →.

The list is the same on both plans: All immigration programs, Detailed eligibility analysis, What-if simulations, and Priority support.
Upgrade to Pro reads Redirecting… and opens secure checkout. When you finish or cancel, you return to this page.
Manage
Section titled “Manage”Manage holds two cards.

Both buttons read Opening… and hand you to the same secure billing portal. The portal is where all three subscription actions happen: Update payment method, change plan, or cancel subscription. There is no cancel button elsewhere in the app. When you leave the portal you return to this page.

Frequently asked questions
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
Settings → Subscription → Manage, then Manage Subscription. That opens the secure billing portal, where you update your payment method, change plan, or cancel.
Where do I see what I owe on a case?
On Settings → Payments, not on Subscription. Your subscription is what you pay Lexpoint. Case fees are what you pay a firm, and they have their own page.
Is there a cancel button in the app?
No. Cancelling happens in the billing portal that Manage Subscription opens.
