Billing and plan
Two different kinds of money live at Settings → Billing & Plan, and confusing them causes most billing questions:
- Your subscription — the ImmiReport Pro plan, charged to you by Lexpoint.
- Case fees — what you owe a firm for work on a case, on the schedule agreed in your proposal.
The page has five tabs: Plan, Manage Subscription, Payment schedule, Case statements, and Payment Methods.
Shows ImmiReport Pro or Free Plan, your member-since date, and a Pro or Free pill.
Below it, the four things the Pro plan covers:
- All immigration programs
- Detailed eligibility analysis
- What-if simulations
- Priority support
On the free plan the heading reads Upgrade to Pro for and an Upgrade to Pro button sits at the bottom of the card. On Pro it reads Your Pro Features.
Manage Subscription
Section titled “Manage Subscription”On Pro, this reads Active Subscription — Your Pro subscription is active and renews automatically — with a Manage Subscription button.
That button opens Lexpoint’s secure billing portal, which is where all three subscription actions happen: Update payment method, change plan, or cancel subscription. There is no separate cancel button elsewhere in the app.
On the free plan the tab reads No Active Subscription — You’re on the free plan. Upgrade to Pro to unlock all features and manage your subscription.
Payment schedule
Section titled “Payment schedule”Installments still owed on open cases. This tab answers one question: what do I owe, and when.
When there is nothing outstanding it reads Nothing due — You’re caught up on case fees.
The tab also notes that tax invoices, numbered INV-…, issue at checkout — the invoice follows the
payment rather than preceding it.
Case statements
Section titled “Case statements”Live fee, payment, and trust ledgers per case — available when your firm publishes them.
Each row shows the case number and the firm, with View statement → opening that case’s statement tab. If nothing is listed, the tab reads No case statements available yet and explains why: Your firm will publish each case statement when fee and trust activity is ready for you to review.
This is not a delay you can resolve from settings. If you need a statement that has not appeared, ask on the case.
Payment Methods
Section titled “Payment Methods”On Pro, the tab confirms Your payment methods are securely managed and offers Update Payment Method, which opens the same secure billing portal.
On the free plan it reads No Payment Methods — Add a payment method when you upgrade to Pro.
Fee invoices
Section titled “Fee invoices”An individual fee invoice opens at its own page, titled Statement of Professional Fees. It shows:

A Print / Save PDF button at the top produces your own copy.
Invoices are access-checked. Opening one you are not entitled to see returns you to the billing page rather than showing it.

Frequently asked questions
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
Settings → Billing & Plan → Manage Subscription, then Manage Subscription. That opens the secure billing portal, where you can update your payment method, change plan, or cancel.
What is the difference between the payment schedule and a case statement?
The payment schedule is what you still owe — installments outstanding on open cases. A case statement is the full ledger for one case, including fees, payments, and trust activity, and it appears only once your firm publishes it.
Why can I not see a case statement?
Statements are published by your firm, not generated automatically. Until yours publishes one, the tab reads "No case statements available yet".
