Lexpoint for Workforce

Lexpoint — Workforce is the employer workspace at my.lexpoint.io/employer. It holds your organization’s details, your workforce, your employment records, and the immigration letters your workers request.

The one distinction that matters

Workforce draws a hard line between two groups of people, and the line is not cosmetic.

Organization members are not a company directory. An employee is never added as a member so they can “see the company workspace” — everything an employee does happens in their own account, under a consent they granted and can withdraw.

Why the split exists

An employment relationship gives an employer a narrow, time-bounded view of employment facts. It does not give access to a person’s immigration profile, their ImmiReport, their documents, or any case they have. Collapsing the two would put an employer inside a worker’s private immigration file.
