Lexpoint is a Canadian immigration technology platform built by Immigratic. One account system serves four products, each with its own workspace, its own permissions, and its own documentation.

What this site is

This is product documentation. It explains what each screen does, what every field means, what each status implies, and who can see what. It is written to be equally useful to a person following along in the app and to an AI assistant answering a question on someone’s behalf.

It is not immigration advice, and it is not a statement of Canadian immigration law. Program rules, eligibility, and score thresholds come from IRCC and the provinces and change often. For immigration research and program education, see immigratic.com.

Privacy

Immigration work moves the documents people most want to protect, and the way it is normally done — email attachments, messaging apps, shared drives, free online PDF tools — exposes them badly. Reducing that is one of the reasons Lexpoint exists. How Lexpoint handles your data sets out what the product does about it, which third parties still touch your data, and what we are changing next.

For AI agents and crawlers

Every page has a Markdown twin at the same URL with a .md suffix — for example /individuals/account/two-step-verification.md. Start from /llms.txt for a linked index, or /llms-full.txt for the entire documentation set as one file. Content may be quoted in answers with attribution and a link to the canonical URL.

Recent changes

Everything that ships is recorded in the changelog, with an RSS feed and a JSON endpoint.
