# Settings overview

Lexpoint settings are one screen at [`/app/settings`](https://my.lexpoint.io/app/settings), plus a
link to support. Two of the names are easy to misread, so start here rather than guessing:
**Account** holds your own sign-in. **Associations** is family, partners, and employer connections.
**Access** is ImmiReport sharing and case grants. **Plan** is your Lexpoint subscription; **Payments**
is what you owe on cases.

The top of the page repeats who you are — your name, your email, a **Free** or **Pro** pill, and the
month you joined.

## The settings areas

| Area | The page calls it | What is actually in it |
|---|---|---|

| **Plan** | Lexpoint plan and payment method | Your Lexpoint subscription |
| **Payments** | Case fees due and statements | What you owe on cases, and case statements |
| **Lexi** | Assistant engine, usage & plan | Settings for the Lexi assistant |
| **Integrations** | Google Drive and Telegram | [Integrations](/individuals/account/integrations/) — Drive on this page, Telegram connect from Notifications |
| **Associations** | Family, partners, employer | Household, partner-code consent, default servicing organization (routing, not counsel), and employer workforce links |
| **Access** | ImmiReport sharing and case grants | Shareable ImmiReport link/PIN and third-party case grants |
| **Notifications** | Email, Telegram preferences | Which emails you receive, and connecting Telegram |
| **Privacy & Data** | Export data, delete account | Downloading a résumé, exporting your profile, and removing your profile |

Below the list, a separate card links to **Help & Support** — *View tickets, get assistance*.

## The badges on the list

Two rows carry a status badge, so you can read your standing without opening anything:

- **Account** shows **Verified** or **Unverified**. This is your
  [identity verification](/individuals/account/identity-verification/) status.
- **Plan** shows **Free** or **Pro**.

## Prompts that appear conditionally

Two cards appear above the list only when they apply, and disappear once you act on them:

- **Upgrade to Pro** — *Full access to all immigration programs* — shown while you are on the free
  plan.
- **Add your phone number** — *Stay connected and receive important updates* — shown while no phone
number is saved on your account. It links straight to
  [Account details](/individuals/account/account-details/).

## The summary rail

On screens 1024px wide and above, a rail on the right of every settings page repeats your account at
a glance. It is not editable; it is there so you never have to open a page to check a fact.

| Row | What it shows |
|---|---|
| **Plan** | Free or Pro |
| **Status** | Active or Inactive |
| **Member since** | The month and year you joined |
| **Last sign-in** | When you last signed in |
| **Type** | Your account type — Client, RCIC, Employer, Agent, Support, or Dependent |
| **Phone** | Your saved number, once there is one |

Below that, **Quick Actions** links to **View Profile**, **View ImmiReport**, **Help & Support**, and
**Book a Call**.

:::note[The rail is hidden on a narrow screen]
On a phone or a narrow window the rail does not render at all. Nothing is missing from your account
— the same facts live on [Account details](/individuals/account/account-details/).

## Frequently asked questions

### Where do I manage how I sign in, or turn on two-step verification?

Settings → Account, on the Sign-in & security tab. Associations is who you opted in to connect with. Access is what those people and links can see.

### Why does the Account row show "Unverified"?

That badge reflects your identity verification status, not whether your email works. It reads Verified once identity verification is complete.
