Hidden by consent
Section titled “Hidden by consent”A person who is connected but has not granted roster visibility is counted, never named. The footer reads, for example, 1 person joined but has not shared their details yet. They are counted, never named.
History
Section titled “History”When a connection ends, the person leaves On the roster and appears under History with:
- the email the invitation went to, not their account name
- the job title from their first employment period
- the reason: Employee left, Ended, or Revoked
- an Ended or Revoked status and the date it ended
Their worker page no longer opens. Letters you already issued stay under Documents → Issued letters.
There is no control in the employer workspace to end a connection. The person ends it from their own account — see Leaving an employer.
Related
Section titled “Related”- A worker’s page — what opens when you select a row
- Employment periods — where the role and site come from
- Dashboard, inbox, and support — the same counts on the dashboard
Frequently asked questions
Why is someone counted but not named?
They are connected but have not shared their details with you through roster visibility. Lexpoint counts them and never names them.
Can I remove someone from the roster?
No. There is no control in the employer workspace to end a connection. The person ends it from their own account, and they then move to History.
What does Expires mean on the roster?
The permit expiry date the person shared is within 90 days. It is a date on file, not a statement about whether they may work.
