Reports

/employer/reports·/employer/reports/oinp-workforce·/employer/reports/monthly·Requires owner or HR role

Reports holds two reports. Both read the facts you keep in the workspace. Neither is an eligibility decision or a compliance conclusion.

Under Permanent residence, the OINP Workforce Priority card summarizes every worksite in one line, for example Incomplete — missing facts at 1 of 2 sites. Open → shows one card per worksite.

Each worksite card shows:

PartWhat it shows
TitleThe worksite label and city, with TEER 0–3 / TEER 4–5 tags, the location class (GTA, Listed CD, Other Ontario, or Outside Ontario), and Primary for the primary site
OutcomeOne of the four outcomes below
RowsYears operating, Premises, Revenue, and FT citizen/PR — each with your fact on file beside the published figure
FooterThe rule version and the date of its source
OutcomeMeaning
Meets published employer requirementsEvery row’s fact on file meets the published figure
Does not meet published employer requirementsAt least one row does not
Incomplete — missing factsA fact the comparison needs is missing
Not applicable (out of Ontario)The worksite is outside Ontario

The facts come from Settings → Organization (established date or years active) and Settings → Program readiness (worksites, per-site headcounts, and revenue). Update program facts opens Program readiness. With no worksites, the report shows No worksites on file.

The report describes your business facts only. What the program requires of a worker, and whether anyone qualifies, is outside it — see immigratic.com.

Under Workforce snapshot, Open sheet → opens a dated sheet of counts, as of today.

Frequently asked questions

Does the OINP report say whether my company or a worker qualifies?

No. It sets the business facts you entered beside the published employer requirements. It is not a nomination, a work permit, or an assessment of any worker. For program rules, see immigratic.com.

Why does a worksite say Incomplete?

A fact the comparison needs is missing from Program readiness, such as a revenue band or a headcount for that site. Fill it in and the report updates.
