Lexpoint products

Lexpoint has one sign-in and four products. Pick the documentation that matches the workspace you are in. Which one you land in depends on who you are in a given relationship, not on which plan you bought.

The first path segment after my.lexpoint.io is always the product you are in.

The default. You get an account, build a profile, receive an ImmiReport, book consultations, accept a proposal, and work a case with your representative. Everything about your immigration lives here.

Individuals documentation →

For employers. A company account holds your organization’s details, your workforce, employment records, and the immigration letters your workers ask for. The people who run the account are organization members. The people who are employed by the business are workforce links — a different thing entirely.

Workforce documentation →

For RCICs, immigration lawyers, and partner firms. Client cases, applications, retainers, proposals, billing, and team management for a practice.

Professional documentation →

For designated learning institutions. Not yet released.

This is normal and it is deliberate.

If you own a business and have your own immigration file, you hold two separate roles: an organization member in Workforce, and your own Individuals account. You switch workspaces; you do not merge them.

The same split applies from the other side. If your employer uses Lexpoint Workforce and invites you, you are not given access to the employer workspace. You accept the invitation inside your own Individuals account, the employer sees only a fixed, narrow set of employment facts, and every task you do — confirming employment details, responding to a letter request, recording a leave — happens at my.lexpoint.io/app.

Frequently asked questions

Can one person use more than one Lexpoint product?

Yes. A business owner can run their company's Workforce account and also have their own personal immigration file in Individuals. These are two separate roles on the same sign-in, not one account with extra menus.

Does my employer see my personal immigration profile?

No. An employer only ever sees what you explicitly consented to share on your workforce link, and only for the period you worked there. Your ImmiReport, your personal case, and your documents are not part of that.

I was invited by my employer. Which workspace do I use?

Individuals, at my.lexpoint.io/app. Employees never work inside the employer workspace — everything an employee does, including responding to letter requests, happens in their own account.
