Submitting documents

When your representative requests documents, you’ll see requirements on your case or application page in Lexpoint.

  1. Sign in at my.lexpoint.io.
  2. Open the case that shows an open document request.
  3. Use the Documents tab (or the checklist shown on your dashboard) to see what’s due.
  1. Select the document requirement you are fulfilling.
  2. Choose a file from your device (PDF and common image formats are supported).
  3. Confirm the upload — the requirement status updates when the file is received.

If a requirement is unclear, note the label shown in the app and contact your representative through Help & Support in Lexpoint.

  • One file per requirement unless the app asks for multiple pages.
  • Use readable filenames — they appear in your case history.
  • If upload fails, refresh the page and try again; persistent errors go to Support.
