# Settings reference

[**Settings**](https://my.lexpoint.io/employer/settings) opens a hub with one card per page, each with
a status badge. The same pages are listed down the left, in three groups.

caption: The Settings hub — the left list grouped Company, People, Workspace, and one card per page with its badge.
shot: /employer/settings on a demo employer workspace with Organization and Primary contact both Complete, Program readiness "1 missing", Integrations Not connected. Light mode, 1440×900 cropped to 1383×776. Redact the organization name in the subtitle, sidebar switcher, and header menu.
```
| Group | Page | Hub badge |
|---|---|---|
| Company | **Organization** | Company check: **Not started**, **In progress**, **Needs another try**, or **Complete** |
| Company | **Primary contact** | Your identity check, same four states |
| Company | **Program readiness** | **Complete**, **N missing**, or **Not started** |
| People | **Workforce policies** | **Policies** |
| People | **Team** | **Operators** |
| Workspace | **Integrations** | **Connected** or **Not connected** |
| Workspace | **Notifications** | **Read only** |
| Workspace | **Billing** | **Seats** |
| Workspace | **Audit log** | **Read only** |
## Organization
Two tabs: **Company details** and **Verification**.
| Field or card | Notes |
|---|---|
| **Company Name** | Required. Locks after the company check |
| **CRA Business Number** | Required. The first 9 digits of your CRA BN. Locks once the check confirms it |
| **Industry**, **Company Size** | Required |
| **Entity type**, **Incorporation jurisdiction** | Optional |
| **Corporate registry number** | Optional. Locks after the company check |
| **Established on**, **Years active (approx)** | Used by the [OINP Workforce Priority report](/workforce/reports/program-reports/). Give either |
| **Company Website** | Must start with `https://` or `http://` |
| **Legal name history** | Record a new legal name under the same CRA number with **New legal name**, **Effective on**, and **Record name change**. A new business number is a new employer and does not belong here |
| **Letterhead** | See [Letterhead and logo](/workforce/letters/letterhead/) |
| **Verification** tab | The company check — see [Set up your employer workspace](/workforce/getting-started/set-up-your-workspace/) |
## Primary contact
Who Lexpoint reaches at the company. The page states that this is not legal authority to bind the
corporation. Two tabs: **Contact** and **Verification**.
| Field | Notes |
|---|---|
| **Full Name** | Required. Locks after your identity check |
| **Job Title** | Required. Chosen from a list |
| **Business Email** | From your account. Not editable here |
| **Phone Number** | Required, with country code, no spaces, for example `+16135551234` |
| **Optional: Payroll / HR contact** | **Name**, **Title**, **Email**, **Phone** for workforce and letter follow-up |
| **Verification** tab | Your identity check. **Start verification** or **Continue verification** |
## Program readiness
Facts for Ontario review. The page states they are inputs, not an eligibility verdict.
| Section | Fields |
|---|---|
| **Worksites** | **Label**, **Primary worksite**, **Address line 1** (required), **Address line 2**, **City** (required), **Province** (required), **Postal code**, **Temporary residents at this site**, **FT citizens / PRs at this site**. **Add worksite**, **Save worksite** |
| **Workforce & revenue** | **Primary Goal** (required), **Temporary residents (approx)**, **Citizens / PRs (approx)**, **Revenue band** (required) |
| **Optional: year-by-year amounts** | **Year** and **Gross revenue (CAD)**, saved one year at a time with **Save year** |
Count each person at one site only. Leave a headcount blank if you do not know it — blank is not
zero. Once a site has a count, the organization-wide headcounts follow your worksites.
## Workforce policies
**Vacation policy**: **Vacation days per calendar year**, saved with **Save policy**. It is the
default for every worker and is not a cap. Per-worker overrides live on each worker's **Leave** tab —
see [Leave](/workforce/leave/leave-requests/).
## Team
**Operators**, **Pending invites**, and **Invite a colleague**. See
[Your team and roles](/workforce/getting-started/team-and-roles/).
## Integrations
| Service | What it does | Who connects it |
|---|---|---|
| **Google Workspace** | Lets you pick people from your company directory when inviting. Needs a company Google account, not personal Gmail | An owner. Others see *Only an owner can connect Google Workspace.* |
| **Google Drive** | Lets you use files from your own Google Drive. The connection is yours, not the organization's | Each operator, for themselves |
Each row has **Connect** or **Disconnect**. Disconnecting Google Workspace means approving
directory access again before you can pick people. Disconnecting Drive leaves the Workspace
directory connected.
## Notifications
A read-only table of employer events with **Email** and **Telegram** shown as **On**, **Off**, or
**—**. You cannot change them here yet. The **Permit expiry digest (90 / 60 / 30)** row reads
**Not enabled**.
## Billing
**Seats** counts your seat-eligible workforce connections. A seat is an active consented workforce
connection. **Plan** and **Invoices** are informational: invoices and card payments are not in this
workspace yet.
## Audit log
The latest workforce, team, and review events, newest first, each labelled **Workforce**, **Team**,
or **Review** with its date. Export is not enabled.
## Frequently asked questions
### Why can I not edit the company name?
It locks once the company check is complete and shows "Locked after verification". Record a later legal name change under Legal name history on the Organization page.
### Can I change which emails the workspace sends?
Not yet. Notifications is read-only and shows which employer events send email.
### What counts as a seat?
An active, consented workforce connection. Billing shows the count. Invoices and card payments are not in the workspace yet.
