# Lexpoint in AI apps

When you connect your Lexpoint account to an AI app, such as ChatGPT or Claude, the app can read your
own Lexpoint information and public immigration information. What it can show follows the rules
Lexpoint already uses in your account. This page explains the two cases
where an AI app tells you something is not shown.

## Why my ImmiReport results are not shown

An AI app shows your ImmiReport scores and program results exactly when Lexpoint shows them to you on
your ImmiReport page. There is no separate rule for AI apps, and no plan is involved.

Lexpoint shows your results when:

| Condition | What it means |
|---|---|
| The four required profile sections are complete | **Personal Info** has your date of birth, citizenship and marital status, and **Work Experience**, **Education** and **Language Tests** each have at least one entry. |
| On an account moved from Lexpoint's earlier system, each section is confirmed | A section marked **Review Needed** is confirmed with **Confirm & Complete** on that section's page. |

When a condition is not met, the AI app lists the sections that are still open, with a link to each
one in Lexpoint. Complete or confirm those sections, and the next answer can include your results.
Until then, the AI app can still answer with public information about programs, occupations, draws,
processing times and official updates.

## What needs ImmiReport Pro

Your profile, your ImmiReport scores and results, your cases and documents, and public information do
not need a plan in an AI app.

ImmiReport Pro adds in AI apps only what it adds in Lexpoint. When a question needs information that is
part of ImmiReport Pro, such as the full NOC Intelligence data for an occupation, the AI app says that the information is part of ImmiReport Pro and links to
this section. It does not show a price, a payment page or an upgrade button. Plans are managed only in
Lexpoint.

## Frequently asked questions

### Do I need ImmiReport Pro to see my ImmiReport in an AI app?

No. An AI app shows your ImmiReport scores and results under the same rule Lexpoint uses on your ImmiReport page, and that rule does not involve a plan.

### Why does the AI app say my results are not shown?

Lexpoint shows ImmiReport results once the four required profile sections are complete and, on an account moved from Lexpoint's earlier system, once each of those sections has been confirmed. The AI app gives you a link to each section that is still open.

### Does the AI app show prices or sell plans?

No. When something is part of ImmiReport Pro, the AI app says so and links to this page. It never shows a price or a payment page.
