# Documents

Every file you provide is stored once and tracked from then on. A document uploaded for one
requirement can, in the right circumstances, satisfy another without you uploading it twice.

Files are private to you and the people you are working with. Nothing you upload is visible to an
employer, a partner organization, or anyone else unless you granted that access explicitly.
