# Consultations

A consultation is time with a regulated professional who can look at your situation and answer the
questions the product cannot: whether you qualify, which route makes sense, what to do about a
refusal.

Lexpoint does not give immigration advice. If you book a consultation, the request is routed to
your **default servicing organization** — a listing, not a retainer. If you read one page in this
section, read the first one.
